How long have you been a photographer?
I have been fascinated with photography since I was about 3 years old. I had my first big break photographing the winter Olympics in 1994. My ice skating images were top notch...minus the early 90's television screen that provided a lovely border around each triple axle. 

I have been photographing professionally since 2007, prior to attending College at Brooks Institute of Photography.

Will you be taking the photos or an assistant? 
I am the photographer and I will be with you from start to finish. Some weddings or events may require me to have an assistant but even in that care, I will be photographing you, your family, or your event. I believe that building relationships is key, and I will be here to assist you with whatever you may need photographically speaking, not an assistant. 

I shoot both indoor with strobe, and outdoor in natural light. I also travel to clients homes or alternate locations for specific shoots.

You seem to photograph a lot outside during daylight...are you comfortable with flash?
I specialize in utilizing ambient light, which is best in it's natural, outdoor form. I am asked on occasion if I am comfortable with flash. I can answer with a resounding yes! I have to be comfortable with all types of photography and my education at Brooks prepared me in all aspects of available and fabricated (strobe/flash) light.
